Valentine's Day

So Valentine's Day was a good day. I made breakfast for the family in the morning. Grandmom always made soft-boiled eggs for some of us whenever they came out here or whenever we visited them in Pittsburgh. I attempted to make them. I was told that they were very good! :) In the afternoon, the kids and I made whoopie pies. So good!

In the evening I made a special dinner of mashed potatoes and chicken noodles for all of us. I even picked up some sparkling grape juice, which the kids really like. I had gotten each of the kids a box of Hershey's candies and Clint a framed picture of him and I for his new office at the church.
We ate by candlelight. :) (we had to turn the light on for the picture) The kids loved it!
