My friend Tammy and I are going to continue doing this routine on our own. Clint said that he would join us as "support". I'm excited about having a new way of working out and not spending hours at the gym anymore.
Onto other things...

We broke ground on the new church building! They started moving dirt this last week! It's great to see some action happening with this huge project.
Yesterday morning I had a "Healing Life's Hurts" workshop at church. It was so good!! I've been involved with Theophostic Prayer Ministry in one way or another for almost 10 years now. It's a powerful ministry and has been a major part of my healing process in the past few years. I'm excited about this ministry taking off in a bigger way at Vineyard! I feel like God is calling me into this ministry in a deeper way. Obviously, the hopes for this ministry team are completely dependant on what God plans for us. It appears to us that He is putting things and people in place for this to grow. This is exciting for our church family. How are we to be a church who is able to help the community if we ourselves aren't a healthy church, growing spiritually and emotionally? It will be interesting to see where God takes us with this dream of helping people find God's truth.
